I'm Amalia Amara, Project Director at PT Indosopha Sakti, and I'm honoured to have been part of this company's journey for more than 15 years. My career started from the contract maintenance team, then I moved to the project team, until I was entrusted to lead the project as the project director. In the project team we faced various challenges, especially international projects of foreign loans which became the main focus of our team. These projects have been both a challenge and a reward, allowing me to continue to learn and innovate with an amazing team.
